Fairy Meadows is a popular trekking destination located in the Diamer District of Gilgit-Baltistan, Pakistan. The lush green meadows, surrounded by towering peaks of the Karakoram range, offer breathtaking views and a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of city life.
The trek itself takes approximately 3-4 hours, and the trail is well marked and relatively easy to follow. During the trek, you’ll cross streams, walk through dense forests, and climb steep inclines to reach the meadows. Along the way, you’ll have the opportunity to witness the stunning scenery of the Karakoram range and catch glimpses of some of its famous peaks, such as Nanga Parbat and Rakhiot Peak.

Itinerary:
Day 01: Islamabad
Arrival in Islamabad, Our guide and driver meet you upon your arrival at the airport in Islamabad or Lahore and transfer to Hotel in Islamabad for overnight stay.
Day 02: Islamabad – Chilas
Early morning drive to Chilas it takes approximately 10 hours to reach Chilas from Islamabad, This day we will drive on Karakorum Highway, which is the highest paved international road in the world. It connects China and Pakistan across the Karakorum mountain range, through the Khunjerab Pass, at an altitude of 4,693-m/15,397 ft. Overnight at Chilas.
Day 03: Chilas – Fairy Meadows
Departure for Fairy Meadows, we will transfer to the mountain jeep at Raikot Bridge for further drive to Tatto village on the narrow Jeep track. Arrive in Tatto village and start trek to Fairy Meadows, Arrive at Fairy Meadows in afternoon. Evening to walk around, overnight in huts.
Day 04: Nanga Parbat Base Camp
Day excursion to Nanga Parbat base camp and back to the huts in Fairy Meadows. Overnight in huts
Day 05: Fairy Meadows – Besham
Trek down to Tatto and transfer to the jeeps for Raikot bridge, arrive at the jeep stop in Raikot and transfer to our cars and drive back on Karakorum Highway toward Islamabad, short stops en-route for photography, arrive in Besham and transfer to the hotel.
Day 06: Besham – Islamabad
Drive to Islamabad, en route we will visit Taxila museum. Arrive in Islamabad and explore the city , visit Shah Faisal mosque, Pakistan monument and the local bazaars, later in the evening/night drive to the airport, our service ends here and you will fly back to your destination.
