Khyber

A small village of Gojal

Khyber is a village in Gojal, in Upper Hunza, where people live by farming and herding as elsewhere in the valley.

Khyber is one of the smaller villages of Gojal. As in the rest of Upper Hunza, families farm small terraced fields watered by channels from the glaciers, and keep a few animals. If you would like to visit or walk here, ask us and we will arrange it through a local family. We are adding more detail on this village.
